4-weeks of support for pro-active new puppy parents wanting to get things right from the start
Service Description
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: - Please only book this programme if you live within a 10-mile radius of DL3. If you live outside of this radius, please contact me to discuss alternative options. - When booking you will schedule your first session on the booking calendar and pay for your programme. I will contact you asap to schedule your remaining three sessions which will ideally take place on a weekly basis. - Please ensure you have read and understood the cancellation and refund policy below before agreeing to them and completing your booking. The policy will be adhered to without exception. OPTIONAL WHATSAPP COACHING & SUPPORT: - A pop-up will appear once you have clicked to book where you can select 4-weeks WhatsApp Coaching & Support as an option for an additional fee. - WhatsApp Coaching & Support includes message responses once a day, four days a week, typically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. No messages will be checked or responded to on Mondays, Fridays, and Sundays.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: Training sessions can be rescheduled by contacting me via WhatsApp up to 72 hours before your session time. Any requests to reschedule within 72 hours of your session time will not be allowed and any sessions not attended will be lost. Refunds: No refunds will be given once a service has been booked and paid for so please contact me to discuss any concerns BEFORE booking online. The cancellation and refund policy will be adhered to without exception.
