COURSE DATES: WhatsApp Group Access: Thursday 13th August Online Learning Library Access: Week 1 - Friday 14th August In-person group classes: Week 2: Saturday 22nd August Week 3: Saturday 29th August *** Week 4: Saturday 12th September Week 5: Saturday 19th September Week 6: Saturday 26th September Week 7: Saturday 3rd October TIME: 9.30 - 10.15 LOCATION: Dog Barn, Staindrop Road, Darlington WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING: Group sessions are not suitable for reactive dogs or dogs who bark excessively. Please contact me to discuss 1-2-1 options to start with. The course will cover the topics outlined on the course information page. If you have existing struggles that are not covered within this course, please contact me to discuss 1-2-1 options. There are no age-restrictions for the course, but it will be most suitable for puppies and adolescent dogs. This is a reward-based, force-free course. No aversive tools, corrections, or punishment-based methods will be used. Classes are outdoors all year round – be prepared for rain and mud! WhatsApp messages are checked and replied to once on a morning on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Messages are not checked on Mondays, Fridays or Sundays. Please ensure you have read, understood, and accept the cancellation and refund policy below before booking. It will be adhered to without exception. If you have any doubt about the course or your dog’s suitability, please contact me before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling: You can defer your place to the next available start date with a minimum of 7 days’ notice from the start of the course. Please note the start of the course is NOT the date of the first class. The course starts on the date of access to the Online Learning Library listed above. Any requests to defer within 7 days of this date will not be possible. Refunds: No refunds will be given once a service has been booked and paid for online. Please contact me to discuss any concerns BEFORE booking online.
